Tonight I prepared a Spicy Shrimp and Mushroom Stir Fry! Usually, I just cook simple garlic or buttered shrimp. Now, I wanted to try a different recipe.
Here it is!
*Remember to wash hands first.
The ingredients needed are:
chopped garlic and onions, sliced red and green bell pepper, parsley, red chili.
You will also be needing salt, ground black pepper, seasoning mix, sambal paste and cooking oil.
Remove the shrimp’s shell, legs, and tail and just rinse with water.
Marinade the shrimp with 1 tbsp of soy sauce, salt, and ground black pepper for about 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, start heating up oil in frying pan.
When the oil is hot, add the shrimps.
Fry the shrimps until they turn pink.
Set aside first the fried shrimps.
You can still use the same frying pan to saute the ginger and onions.
Add the red and green bell pepper and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add 1 tbsp of sambal paste.
Add the fried shrimps and the mushrooms.
Add up little bit of shrimp seasoning.
